Leadlight apparent at No’s 9,11, 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38

Albert Parade was subdivided in 1876 and many of the original homes were built in the years 1880-1890. The most significant features of Albert Parade are the recreation areas and the trees. Many of the original mansions have been demolished and replaced with home units.

Albert Parade

No 9 is a lovely two storey Victorian residence built in c.1881. It has a wonderful Victorian entrance with leadlight in the front door panels, sidelights and tops and may have some stained glass in the centre of the fanlight.

While mentioned in the Ashfield Heritage Study 1991-1992 there is no reference to the leadlight.
