Leadlight apparent at No’s
Goodwin Avenue is a quiet little tree lined street at the southern end of Ashfield. Some of the streets nearby were subdivided in 1880 but all the houses in the street are Californian Bungalows. No subdivision maps of Goodwin Avenue have been found
Goodwin Avenue
No 4 is a Californian Bungalow built around 1920 with leadlight in two three panel casement windows. The design is very soft with wide pastel green borders that resemble curtains tied back behind the window. Very interesting.
