Leadlight apparent at

Malleny Street is a relatively short street that was created as part of the Eighth Subdivision of the Goodlet Estate in 1925. The houses all appear to have been built in the mid-late 1920s but there is a great deal of diversity in the leadlight designs. There are some particularly good examples of Art Deco leadlight.

Malleny Street

No 2 is Californian Bungalow built in the mid to late 1920’s with leadlight in a three panel casement window. The leadlight design is a slight variation of the bows and ribbons passing through a bevelled glass oval. Very delicate.
