Main Period: Federation
Leadlight apparent at No’s 1, 2, 6, 8 & 10.
The Durham estate was subdivided and auctioned in 1894 just as Australia was emerging from a depression. Most of the houses are either late Victorian of early Federation but only a few have retained their leadlight.
Durham Street
No 1 is a small block of interwar flat with leadlight in the four panel casement window facing the street.
