The Moffatt Estae subdivision of 1884 created Riverside Crescent.

The Moffatt Estate of 1884 created Riverside Crescent. The lots were huge with 30 metre frontages and depths of more than 100 metres. Almost all of these blocks have been subsequently sub-divided into the relatively small blocks that exist today. The lots on the southern side were particularly flood prone and are now part of Marrickville Golf Course.

Riverside Crescent

No four is an elevated Federation house (c.1912) with some beautiful leadlight in a three panel casement window with fanlights on the verandah and another three panel casement with fanlights on the right.
