Leadlight apparent at No’s10, 16 & 20
Roseberry St was created with the subdivision of the Warren Estate in 1884. Some houses were built in the late Victorian years but there are quite a few Californian bungalows and interwar houses in the street.

Roseby Street
No 10 is a Californian bungalow with leadlight in a three panel casement window. The design in each panel has a large convex circle surrounded by concentric circles on top of strong vertical elements. It is a pity that they were partially obscured by the hoarding.
