Leadlight apparent at No 18
Subdivision plans for Seaview Street have not been located at this stage but it would appear that residential development commenced in the 1880's.
Seaview Street
No 18 is a late Victorian house (c.1890) with leadlight in the front entrance. It is beautiful and geometric with a stained glass piece in the fanlight. It is a superb of Victorian leadlight from the 18890's.
