DULWICH HILL

Bedford Crescent

Main Period: Federation -

Leadlight apparent at No’s 9 & 13.

Bedford Crescent was created adjacent to Wardell Road Train Station (Now Dulwich Hill Station) in 1895, the year the train line opened. All the lots were very narrow and consequently the houses are examples of late Victorian and early Federation 'narrow, or single frontage cottages.
