While there are quite a few units in Julia Street there are a couple of Federation period homes and Interwar bungalows that still have lovely leadlight.

No 1 is an early Bungalow. The two sets of verandah door and sidelights are beautiful and representative of the leadlight used in early Californian bungalows.
