Grove Street
Main Period: Victorian - Federation - Interwar
Leadlight apparent at No’s 1A, 4 & 27.
While there are several estates that refer to a ‘Grove’ a subdivision plan of Grove Street has not been located. The street has some very small late Victorian and early Federation residences and quite a few semi-detached houses and some very narrow fronted Californian bungalows. The western side of the street has all been demolished for a large complex of units.

No 1A is a small Californian bungalow (c.1920) with leadlight in the centre panel of a three panel casement window.
