Leadlight apparent at
Hopetoun Street was first subdivided in 1901 as part of the first subdivision of the Jeffrey’s Estate and there are a few houses in the street that were certainly built in or around 1902 and they are well preserved and are a unique feature of the suburb.
This gem in Hopetoun Street came from the 1st subdivision of the Jeffrey's Estate in 1901. It is a Federation house that displays the legacy of the Victorian influence. Beautiful.

No 2 is a Californian Bungalow with leadlight in a two panel double hung window facing south with a couple kookaburras. It’s not original but it looks cute.
