Leadlight apparent at No’s 8, 20 & 22.
Subdivision plans for Gorman Street have not been located. The street may have had another name. Most of the development appears to have happened in the late 1800's through to the early Federation years.

No 8 is a late Victorian terrace house with leadlight in the front door panels and in the fan. The leadlight looks to be a later addition.
