Leadlight apparent at No 2& 23.
1884 Mirtle Grove subdivision shows Charlotte Street as High Street.
Charlotte Avenue was shown as High Street in the 1884 Myrtle Grove Subdivision. It has been extensively redeveloped since then and there is now only one house with any leadlight.
Charlotte Avenue
No 2 is a Californian bungalow (c.1926) with leadlight in a four panel casement window. This design has a large bevelled glass circle as the focus in each panel set in a concentric circle.
