Leadlight apparent at No's 1, 9, 25, 27, 31, 34,
Lots in William Street appeared on maps from around 1870. The Auction of Mrs Jones Subdivision in 1891 shows that 10 of the lots had already been sold. Many of the Victorian era houses from the 1880s-1890s remain in almost their original form.

These panels display a mixture o design influences. The outer panels look Art Nouveau while the inner panels re Art Deco.
