Leadlight apparent at No’s 1, 16, 18, 30, 32 & 37.
The northern side of Grove Street was subdivided in 1888 as a Portion of the Warren Grove Estate. The second subdivision (c.1899) shows that eight of the lots on the southern side were sold. The lots on the northern side were again offered for sale in 1902 in another auction of the Warren Grove Estate. Seems as though the first subdivision either did not sell or was purchased by one buyer.

Grove Street
No 1 is a Federation house (c.1906) with leadlight in the front door panels, sidelights & tops and fanlight. The leadlight appears to be in excellent condition and the design is typical of Federation leadlight.
