Hillcrest Avenue

Main Period: Victorian -  Interwar

Leadlight apparent at No’s 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, & 19

Hillcrest Avenue has an interesting feel about it.There is a lovely group of Interwar flats and nearby there is a large two storey Victorian house. The majority of the houses in the street are Interwar Bungalows. Hillcrest Avenue is a relatively short street but it has some lovely leadlight.

Hillcrest Avenue

No 4 is a Californian Bungalow but the leadlight in the three panel casement is reminiscent of the late Federation Period. There is a lovely flower in each of the panels connected by two blue ribbons. There is a small window on the west side with two small panels and flowers.
