Leadlight apparent at 2, 2a, 7 & 17
Maddock Street is shown in a very early hand drawn map from 1882 as running between Old Canterbury Road and Jones Street. Jones Street is now Gelding Street. Fairmount House is shown on both maps but was demolished some time in the mid 1880's.

No’s 2 & 2a are two attached semi’s in the Californian bungalow style (c.1924) leadlight in a three panel casement window on each of their respective verandahs.
