Holmesdale Street
Main Period: Victorian
Leadlight apparent at No’s 19, 20 & 24
Holmesdale Street is a very narrow street and most of the dwellings are very small. They were obviously built for workers expected to work in the local industries particularly the brick pits.

No 19 is an early California bungalow (c.1920) with leadlight and a three panel casement window on the left and in another three panel casement window on the verandah. This design, with a flower in each panel is typical of the leadlight in bungalows of this period.
