Leadlight apparent at No’s 59, 85 & 90.
Riverside crescent is shown on the 1907 Gladstone Hall Estate Auction Plan but there weren’t any lots indicated. From the look of the houses that are reasonably intact it is possible that these houses were subdivided and sold from around the same time.
No 59 is a Californian bungalow (c.1925) with leadlight in the fan light above the front door. It is only just discernible from the street.
