Leadlight apparent at No’s 3 & 5.
Subdivision plans for Hampton Ave have not been located at this time. It looks as though it was created well after the Warren Estate subdivision as most of the houses were built after WW1.

No 3 is a Californian bungalow with leadlight in a three panel casement window that is identical to the house next door at No 5.
