Main Period: Victorian - Early Federation
Leadlight apparent at No’s 3 & 27.
Lots in Edward Street went up for auction in 1875 as Choice Villa Sites. Lots on the western side were much wider. Not all of the lots originally offered were sold and most were auctioned as part of Thompson’s Estate ‘The Cream of Marrickville’ in 1880.

Edward Street
No 3 is a Victorian semi-detached house with leadlight in the front door panel. It is a later addition. The design is from the 1920's.
