Subdivision plans for Woodcourt Street have not been located.
Woodcourt Street is an unusual street. Some development appears to have occurred in the late Victorian period and then from then on there appear to have been multiple developments.
Woodcourt Street
No 4 four is a late Victorian house (c.1888) with leadlight in the fanlight and tops above the front. The design is very geometric as was typical of the Victorian period.
