Leadlight apparent at No’s 98, 104, 112, 118, 120, 121, 123, 126, 128, 177 & 187.
Subdivision and auction plans for Victoria Street have been difficult to find. The number of small late Victorian semi-detached residences and small Federation cottages and the closeness of the houses to the street suggests that most of the early development occurred in the late 1890’s and 1900’s.
Victoria Street
No 98 is one of three Victorian single storey terrace houses. It is the only one to have any leadlight. The fanlight could be original but the door panel is not.
